The IES Consultancy team have just packed away their earpieces following a motorsport extravaganza at one of Formula E’s homes-away-from-home in the German capital.

Nick Knight and Fabrizio Torre led the IES team and our security partners Escon Security Management GmbH and Teamflex Solutions GmbH through a robust and multi-faceted event security delivery. Nick, in his first race in Berlin, did a lot of the heavy lifting through the detailed project mgmt stage and was ably supported by Laura Gallop.

Templehof has hosted Formula E for 8 years but this year saw changes in layout, new innovations, enhanced hospitality, VIP & celebrity programme.
This left no room for complacency and required superb readiness preparation and operational leadership.
